We Stayed at the NBA's "Haunted" Hotel

The Skirvin is a century-old legend wrapped in a basketball conspiracy.

For years, it was the only hotel in Oklahoma City that was luxurious enough to house visiting NBA players.

A staggering number of whom went on to report something terrifyingly similar:

A ghost.

So, today, in a special Halloween episode, we send Oddball co-hosts Amin Elhassan and Charlotte Wilder to Oklahoma City, where they investigate the foremost paranormal story in sports — and spend the night on the Skirvin’s legendary 10th floor.

Amin worked in basketball ops for the Suns, and worked for the Knicks before that, and he still basically lives on the road. And Charlotte, of course, is not just extremely thoughtful; she’s been roving the country for years as a reporter, covering (and also being) weird.

What they brought back was one of the strangest expense reports in Meadowlark Media history.
