Hello, friends:
You may have noticed that while PTFO has been off on our (LONG-AWAITED) holiday break, I’ve been rescuing some episodes from the past — episodes that have been buried by the unjust sands of time — and delicately setting them atop our podcast feed:
The concept of our show produces so many standalone episodes every year — three per week! — that I, too, lose sight of our deliberately evergreen back catalog.
Which is why it’s been gratifying, for instance, to hear from people who’d never listened to our conversation with Action Bronson — and don’t even know who he is? — but are now discovering that it’s their favorite thing. (Mine too.)
So we’ll be back next Tuesday, with a new deep dive that we’re busy working on right now. But until then: I just wanted to say thanks so much for subscribing and spending 2024 with us.
We try to be a show that takes stupid things seriously and serious things stupidly.
Which means that we have big plans for 2025.
